Call Moon Valley and ask for Alex! He’s so great! I had an unknown large water leak in the middle of the night and called Moon Valley due to 24 hr emergency service. Alex was my service guy and was AMAZING! He was very responsive, friendly, super knowledgeable and explained things to me so I understood. Alex called me back within a short time after leaving a message with the answering service to discuss what was happening. Alex showed up timely and began investigating the problem. Alex was extremely thorough, helpful, and professional. He checked every possible reason for the water leak - checked in the attic multiple times, my walls for water damage, outside water lines, and irrigation system. After troubleshooting, Alex found the culprit in the sprinkler line and was able to resolve the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was fair and reasonable, even with emergency service required. I definitely recommended Moon Valley and Alex to help with any plumbing needs!
