I contacted George Brazil later that night and first thing the next morning they contacted me and set up an appointment.Their technician, Tom, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain things to me and offer helpful suggestions without being insistent on additional or unneeded service although he was willing to provide quotes for the other items if I were interested in them at a later date.Tom got to work immediately and replaced my water heater and it is looking/working better than new, the entire process was easy and through and Tom was very profession with the service he provided.
