He found the problem (which was a wiring problem) and corrected the problem which fixed the operation of the switches back to the original proper working order.He was very pleasant and provided a thorough explanation of the problem and the work he was doing to fix the problem.I would not hesitate to have Mark back for any other electrical problems that may come up in the future.
