David called ahead to let us know he was coming, showed up on time and with another plumber, Lorenzo, did a terrific job on several items for us in addition to handling the warranty replacement of our hot water heater with the manufacturer (which they also submitted all the paperwork for, something most other plumbers would not do). Both were friendly, immediately introduced themselves and were very communicative while they were here. They installed a pressure reducing valve on our main water line, replaced a leaky hose bib and installed a new pull-down faucet in our laundry room. All of the pricing and details were provided prior to commencement of the work; David actually worked up several options for us and we were able to pick what we wanted to have done. He also evaluated additional items for us, answering all of our questions and reaching out to others at the company if he didn't have an immediate answer. All of the work was completed in one day, much to our relief and satisfaction. We plan to continue to use them moving forward.
