He designs them with duct so the register locations are all along the interior walls vs the exterior walls/windows are for proper air circulation.Additionally he designs them so the intake or jumpers are right next to the registers.Chas is definitely lining his pockets with these homes and it’s horrific. If any home builder or corporation is considering using him, please avoid him.
