I am a recently single mother who always had things taken care of around the house especially when it came to plumbing.  I was really nervous in looking for Plumbing company, I don’t know the proper terms other than I am not getting any hot water. I called another company and they asked questions which I could not answer and made to feel stupid for not knowing. I was actually upset at one company that I expressed to them “I have no idea what you are asking me”!
