I Was Showering My Husband When All Of A Sudden Our Water Heater Made Some Very Loud Noises And Our Water Went Off In The Shower... I Checked The Water Heater And Discovered It Had Water Streaks Down It And Water Was Bubbling Out Of The Label....I Also Noticed Out Our Front Window, The Water Company Was At Our Water Main.They Had Shut Off Our Water, As They Were Changing Water Meters - With No Notice....I Checked The Emergency Shut Off Directions On The Water Heater And Called The Water Heaters Only #. I Spoke With A Very Nice Gentleman And He Informed Me That He Could Have Someone To Our House In 30 Minutes... We Were Very Fortunate To Have Trevor E. Respond! He Did An Excellent Job!!! I couldn't have asked for better service! I called them to repair my sprinkler heads and resynchronize their projection. It was an old system and we had added new plants to the yards. The technician came at the exact time they said they would and worked quick. Now I can enjoy my backyard without water splashing back on the walls or the plants. It was great!
