My interactions with Roto Rooter started poorly. 2 months ago they supposedly fixed my septic tank for $3500. Then 2 months later they diagnose 'new' roots that were fully mature and had grown into the septic pipes in just a short time which they said they could fix for an additional $5000.Needless to say these werent new roots and the $3500 I spent fixing my septic 2 months ago was money poorly spent and did not fix the septic. I was very frustrated and disappointed.Thank goodness Tommy at Roto took charge. He contacted me and was very professional. He told me he would take care of the issue and he did. In record time. He investigated the issue, contacted his people at the company that had evaluated my tank previously and he came up with an effective, efficient and fair plan going forward.He fixed my tank completely and I am extremely pleased with his work and service.Thank you for your hard work.I look forward to using you in the future should I ever have another plumbing problem.-Scott Tropper
