This is now the second time they have completely missed the appointment with no call, no nothing and have rescheduled me more than 2 weeks out. I have dropped my entire day to be available for these guys and they never meet their obligations. Look elsewhere for ALL HVAC needs. They can absolutely not be counted on. 2 weeks out after they miss the appointment is the most insane thing I’ve ever heard.
