Contacted George Brazil and they were at my home within a couple of hours. After an assessment of the air conditioner they sent me to a hotel for the evening and said they would be there in the morning. They contacted me to confirm their arrival time so I would be there to open the house.Jordan C. was one of the tech's that arrived. He is very polite. He was efficient and answered every question I had. When he did not have the answer he referred me to Jorge V. who was the other tech.
