This company always provides great service and they have the nicest, most polite and competent employees and service techs.

Jared and Rock did a great job finding the leak and repairing the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.



Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

Ron Sorensen arrived on time for initial call. He diagnosed problem, had me call Raheem for part, and came back today to install part. A truly professional, customer centric service man. He is an asset to Sunstate Plumbing, and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
