The technician had a condescending attitude from the moment he arrived. He came in without any tools, took the door off the inside unit, looked at it and told my husband he was going to the truck to get his tools and would be right back. He went and sat in the George Brazil van with the air conditioner running for nearly 2 hours before finally coming back in the house (still without any tools) and told us it was an evaporator coil leak and that they would have to order the part, which would take 7-10 days to arrive, then they would have to call us to schedule another appointment to come out and do the repairs and replace the refrigerant.To make a long story short, my husband has heart disease, got upset, looked at me and made a comment about how he felt about having to wait so long to get it fixed. The technician promptly said he was going to cancel the repair request, was leaving, and that we (representing George Brazil) would not be able to help us again. Even after my husband tried to apologize (realizing the technician may have misunderstood him to be upset with him and not the situation), the technician left anyway without even listening to an apology.Needless to say, after 13 years and hundreds of dollars paid to George Brazil for their services and after having dealt with some really professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful plumbing servicemen, we will no longer be using their services.
