We had plumbing issues in the middle of the night and called rotor rooters for morning servicing. The call center scheduled me for 8-10am. Morning came but no plumber. I called the company and they told me that their time frame is usually 4 hours so give them until noon. I waited till 1pm and called again and was told that there was a surge in calls in my area so I would have to wait another COUPLE OF HOURS. I had no water in my house and I had no other choice but to wait. While I was waiting the whole day, I explained what was going on with the plumbing to the dispatcher multiple times. Finally a technician came at 5pm. As the technician looked at the issue, he said that he didn’t know what to do. He tried calling his manager who became MIA and another plumber was sent home to get tested for COVID. The poor guy was left to figure it out on his own and even made an effort to call a plumber in another state for help. I called rotor rooter because I believed that they were a reputable company but I was sadly mistaken. It seems like there is no one that knows how to do anything and no structure. We didn’t get anything fixed and wasted a whole day waiting for nothing.
