I purchased my brand new AC unit from Ace 10 years ago. It's stopped working this past Saturday 112ﾟ day I called Ace to come check it out The woman I talked to informed me that my unit was just out of warranty. Technician Skylar Lundburg arrived about 4 hours after calling, he very quickly came to the conclusion that I need a brand new unit. I didn't believe this for 1 second I don't use my unit during the Winter I use space heaters and give my unit a break that hole part of the year. So I sent senior technician Skylar on his way after being charged $80 for nothing. So I called Goettl they showed up in a few hours, in less than an hour I was up and running. Ace seems to be a total Dishonest company out to make the most money possible. This makes me question if I even needed the new unit when they came out in 2010. I would strongly advise against using this company for anything.
