Robert started of professional enough. He seemed very knowledgeable and determined the cause of our issue quickly. The price quoted included so many discounts which in my mind shows how much high their rates are, it started about $13000 and he got it down to $6000. After going over options for replacement of our unit I told Robert we would have to talk it over and figure out finances. He instantly became annoyed, unprofessional and downright rude. He started pressuring us to make a decision, complained about having to commute to my home, putting down our decisions and constantly huffing and shaking his head in disgust that we didn't just say yes to his fix.
