It's nice that they don't charge extra for that. My plumber was Kyle. He was professional and did the repair I suggested. We discussed price and I received the same price I was quoted on the phone. I feel their pricing is just. I received a quote from another plumber before I called Whitton Plumbing back to do the repair. The other plumber wanted almost double.
