Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.

Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.
