They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. During my hunt I ran into MT plumbing and construction and I am so thankful that I did not only were they convenient with appointment times and dates but also very transparent and professional as well. If you're looking for fast, reasonable, non-pushy plumbing service, this is it. WOW! Mr. Rooter of Glenside quite literally saved our day and they did it FAST. We called Mr. Rooter of Glenside at around 12:30pm today because of a backed up shower drain that was leaking sewage - needless to say we needed help quickly. Sally, who answered the call, was very courteous and friendly, quickly asked for the info on the job and location and let us know she would get someone out between 2pm-4pm to help, if not sooner. I am not kidding you when I say that less than 20 minutes later a Mr. Rooter truck pulled up outside of our house. Kevin was very friendly and came in, walked the house with me to understand the plumbing layout, diagnosed the issue, let us know what had to be done and brought up a very reasonable estimate right away. As soon as we signed off, Kevin and his assistant Sean got right to work and in less than an hour had everything fixed and ready to go. They were clean, polite, and insanely efficient. They didn't try to add-on any additional services or sell us on anything, just fix the problem and let us know they'd be ready to help if we ever needed it again. I am truly blown away by the service we received. We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some other companies we've worked with in the past and going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I can confidently say that Mr. Rooter has a new loyal customer. Obviously the lightning fast arrival and work time shouldn't be seen as the standard, but the fact that they were so efficient and kind really made all of the difference.
