Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.

Mike Roman came out to help with replacing a pipe. He was extremely helpful and professional. He gave his honest candid opinions and assessments, even taking time to answer questions beyond what we had him out to work on. All around, Mike was fantastic!
