I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. Michelle was very informative on helping me with my problem. I sent her pictures and the next morning she got someone to come check out my drain. It was less than 10 mins and my problem was solved. I’m very happy and the guys were very nice and informative. Definitely would call them agian on future problem.
