My mistake for not doing enough quotes because I definitely believe I was overpriced by jamone like the others in the comments states so beware of him! The plumber gave different quotes and nothing was written down and expected me to remember and I believe the prices he quotes changed. Sorry but I would not recommend to anybody else. Had to ask for receipts and I agree with others who said the same about this particular plumber. Just unprofessional and shady. I would not use again or recommend .

Tyler did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem in my drainage system, and he and Sean repaired the problem withn a day or two. It was a major job, taking around 6 hours. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a comfortable professional manner. Initially this company was my second opinion and I am so very glad I called them because I ended up spending significantly less money than another company had quoted me. But even more important was that the other company was clearly incorrect in the problem and solution they had proposed. I most definitely will continue to use the services of Mr. Rooter in Glenside, and very highly recommend them.

I contacted McClain Bros after trying to call multiple other emergency plumbers and having no luck. I had a basement full of water and was feeling desperate. I reached Rich right away who immediately figured out how to get a crew out to our place, and then he even talked me through turning off the water to our house in the meantime. Mike and his team arrived way quicker than we had expected, they were professional, efficient, helpful, and explained everything so clearly to us. They determined where the leak was coming from and what would need to be done. I would 100% call McClain Bros again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

Very expensive and mostly interested in remediation work for the insurance claim they want you to put in.
