I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $200 on July 5th to check my garbage disposal and find a leak. I was told my sink was clogged. The plumber they sent did not properly unclog my sink because here it is July 6 and my sink is still clogged and something is still leaking. Needless to say I gave away $200 YESTERDAY! Don’t give your money away like me. Go elsewhere!!

I WISH that we'd had a 5 star experience with this plumber. We paid for a new radiator, and he brought one that looks like it came from a demo in an old Victorian house. Jared, the plumber, brought a helper, Bill, and then left the job for 5 hours while Bill worked here. When Jared returned and hooked up the used radiator, he forgot to close a valve and flooded the bathroom below. His response? My bad.We are now a week in and have a leak from one of the pipes he installed.This has been a HORRIBLE experience.

Angel and Randy were phenomenalI was assigned this company by Home Serve for my hot water heater. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They worked things out with Home Serve for me and also manufacturer of hot water heater (still under manufacturer warranty). They had one guy remove old one while other went to go pick up new one. They cleaned everything up. Between diagnosis, removal and replacement was 3 hours. Highly recommend and extremely professional!!
