Best Flooded Basement in Philadelphia PA

For a water heater repair, we were provided with the rough time slot of between 1 and 5 PM. The technician arrived at 10:15 PM. They took a look at the water heater and said they have just the right guy to help us with the fix. Just the right guy arrived next day and as soon as he looked at the water heater, he told us that they don't fix tankless water heaters. The website says that they do.They should understand the implication of their mismanagement and miscommunication on the customers. We need hot water and would have planned an alternate repair plan if they had communicated clearly through the numerous instances they had to let us know that they can't/won't help us. Also, arriving 5 hours later than the scheduled time?!?

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. And there were a few. I wish all my jobs could be handled this way. Thank you rotor Rooter keep up the excellent work.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done
