We were very happy with the service provided by Noel today. He came out to inspect for a leak we had coming up from the floor in our garage that would occur when we would do wash. The drain was slow,, and the tub would fill up, but we couldn't understand how the leak was in the garage floor. Noel did some observing while water was running, went back and forth to the street vent, flushed, ran the hose and figured out the problem. He ran the snake and cleared out the problem. He was very thorough and explained the issue. (We never knew there was a trap under the floor of the garage). I trusted this business as I had them out before and requested a large drain in front of my garage door. The hill takes on lots of water when raining and it sometimes runs into garage. The gentleman who came out for estimate explained that I could get a longer drain, however, it wouldn't solve the issue of the drain going down faster as there is a 3 inch pipe under that drain. Very honest guy. Then I had them go to my parents house for a problem. They gave an estimate, and when doing the work, they realized the length of the pipe clog/break was shorter than anticipated, and adjusted the estimate to make it less money. That sealed the deal for me. Price today was very reasonable, and it was a pleasure to meet Noel, who not only did a great job fixing our problem, he was also such a nice, friendly guy. This guys doesn’t show up when promised. When I tried calling him he ghosted me . I would highly recommend another company. I do construction management business always looking to hire professionals and this is not one of them .
