Billy came to service my air conditioner yesterday which had been on the blink. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed what he believed the problem to be. So the work was going to be completed the following day. I was told by Bill that it would be either him or Danny who would be coming back.So Danny came to my house today. Danny was great. He spent many hours analyzing the situation. Danny is hardworking, very knowledgeable and professional. He is taking the next steps to have my problem resolved. Pricey. They Didn’t think about how customers or clients feel regards the project or process. All they do is just lump sum price for their work. No break down with details. Change the handle and capping drain cost $295. For about 25 mins job.I hope anyone see this message just do the math. And I really hope I can do business with them. If they modify their process, think from the client sides.No hard feeling. Just speaking the facts.
