Great service done in a reasonable time. He was able to do my service at a reasonable price. He even cleaned up my sink after he was done, previous workers haven’t done such of a nice service. Will be using this service again.

Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.

On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. The list of what went wrong with renovating 2 bathrooms is too long to post. 2 years later, look at what was discovered by my contractor. McClain Brothers had installed a new tub in my house by cutting a five foot piece out of joist- without replacing any support. Needless to say the tub has settled and grout has already begun cracking. This was and continues to be a nightmare. Buyer beware.

I had a emergency issue and had to call them late at night. The person who answered me was very courteous and professional and asked me to submit videos and photos of the problem. He explained the situation and reassured me and followed up the next day with great advice. Turned out to be the owner of the company!
