I called to schedule an appointment for heater maintenance and spoke with Wayne, the owner. He called to confirm on the day of the service and kept in contact with me as he was in route. He assessed my heater and discussed with me what he was doing and why. Wayne was very knowledgeable and patiently explained how my heater operates and showed me the various parts he had to clean to ensure it operated efficiently. While at my home, he followed Covid safety precautions and was very, very professional. The pricing was very fair I might add! On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I’m a young homeowner. It really seemed like he made up the prices on the spot and doesn’t have standard rates. Here are the prices he charged me in case you’re wondering if he’s an honest businessperson:$500 for a simple replacement of a bathroom faucet$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)$225 to replace a fill valve in the toiletIf you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.

BEWARE. Do not do business with this guy do business with this guy at all costs. He decided to divert my back gutters on my property for water that actually entered from the other side if the property. He dug a trench to run that water away.He then decided to tie the downspout from the back if the house and wrap it around the side of the house and tie into the front downspout.He was never authorized to do this work and when I spoke to him. Jared said he would fix i . He then proceeded to threaten my wife with law suits and mechanical leans on the home. Also said he fell from the ladder and was injured.Last I heard plumbers dont install gutters. He performed unauthorized work without talking to me the homeowner and then threatened my wife.Be warned bad practice.
