I called Drain Genie the day before to see if they could come out as soon as possible to help me get some repairs done in my house before the washer and dryer can be installed. They were here the next day at 9:30 like they said they would be. They fixed a vanities a sink a toilet fix my washer and dryer on and off switches. All in the span of maybe four or five hours. Not only was Carlos efficient and fast he was also caring about the prices and made sure that everything was done correctly and it didn't charge me an arm and a leg to have everything done correctly. I would recommend Drain Genie any day to anybody in regards to plumbing issues. Ever since my sister gave me their name they've been my plumbers since and I won't go anywhere else. They knew exactly what they were doing . Came to repair a huge leak and it needed to be fixed badly . No more being worried , I felt relieved . this company is extremely communicative. They fixed the problem it was easy for them and relieved stress for me .

Tech was knowledgeable and fast. I just needed an all home water filter device replaced. It was a Saturday, and I guess I was a little shocked at the price. But I understand with the service call.
