Christian was very confident about his work; he was very polite and tried to see if he could fix the shut-off valve first. He couldn't, so he had to replace. He did an excellent job and was in and out in a very short time.If I need a plumber in the future, I will definitely call Shamrock and request Christian to fix the problem.
