I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

I requested an estimate of the cost of a new Air Conditioner as well as a replacement cover for the return air and a replacement of a unique duct cover. I was given an appointment with a photo of the gentleman, Richard, would be coming to my home.

Richard examined the existing unit, asked questions relating to my comfort settings, quoted a price and all details, explained the warranty and the free services for a year and promptly set up a date when it would be convenient to install the new unit

Again, I was sent a photo of Danny, who would be installing the unit. Everything was accomplished swiftly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit’s controls.

Trust me when I say you can trust Benjamin plumbing company. Antoine gave me a quote, and he even checked in with the company 2 lower it to my budget. Workers are not properly trained to do their job correctly and fail to uncap the street valves on your yard to release air. That causes water eruption in the toilets of homes. We called to complain and spoke to Mr, Walker who was very rude and unprofessional. The company has no accountability. Find another company who cares and is more professional.
