We came home for lunch today to a letter from OUC that we had a leak by our water meter... So being in a rush i called a few plumbing companies and was hoping for a quick call back Drain Genie was not only quick they were very upfront and explained everything over the phone. I told them to go ahead and come out and the service tech was here in 30 minutes!!! They gave me the option to pay with a card over the phone so i could go back to work.. They went way above what i would expect from a plumbing company....Great service..

They knew exactly what they were doing . Came to repair a huge leak and it needed to be fixed badly . No more being worried , I felt relieved . this company is extremely communicative. They fixed the problem it was easy for them and relieved stress for me .

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
