I found this company from next door... lots of high ratings when I searched for a plumber. I thought I had a water tank leaking in my garage and they tracked down the real source of the leak, which was from a totally different area. Quick response, handled and repaired it right away while keeping me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. Mike with MJS is an honest and reliable company. During the recent storms through Central Florida, most companies were either ignoring my call or trying to scam me in a time of need. Mike assured me he would take care of all of the damages to my home in a timely manner and honest price. Owning a custom home with unique architecture, I was so pleased and excited to see MJS fix all of the damage done by those nasty storms. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...
