I can't say enough great things about this company! Gene came out to relocate our waterline for our new refrigerator ( we moved it to a different wall). Gene and his assistant ( I can't recall his name, but he was very nice and did a great job too) were very professional, got the work done much quicker than I had expected, and didn't even have to cut into my walls other than the new placement. The pricing was extremely good for the job, and we will defiantly be hiring this wonderful company again in the near future. If you need a quality plumber this is the company, thanks so much Gene!

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Leo replaced two valves that were made of cheap plastic. The one for the cold water for the water heater was leaking and the one for the main water line would not turn. Leo was nice and professional. He works very hard and takes pride on his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

After getting terrible service from another plumbing company I called Acorn Plumbing because they were close and had good reviews. Best decision! Although I was not at the house when Brad arrived, my Dad was there and couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and efficiency in fixing what was wrong. I will never depend on another plumbing company. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. They just re-piped my home and their staff is exceptional. Dustin was the foreman on my job and he kept me informed and explained everything to me before they started. The staff at my home were great to have around and were very personable why still doing their job. James did my drywall repair and I expected lots of dust, but to my surprise there was limited clean up. Yes there was some dust, but that is to be expected with drywall repair but it was minimal. Peter was excellent to deal with remodeling our master bath plumbing, moving water lines for our laundry room, and adding lines for our half bath. Solid work, good guy and a decent price. We definitely will call if we need any other plumbing work done!

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

Update- I received my $501 refund as promised. I think that the company could do better in their communication but they did make it right for me.

On March 21, 2023, I used Roto Rooter to help me with some water damage. The initial gentleman that came to my home, Mike, was awesome! He found where the water was entering (from underground) and asked if I wanted his company to come out and clear out the drywall and air out the issue. I said yes, and then the next thing I knew I had a project manager, Yesenia, come out that day. It cost me $575. Yesenia told me that she would be with me from start to finish in the project. She indicated another group would come out to dehumidify the walls and use a microbial substance for any mold. She asked for my credit card and put a $1500 charge on my account which she stated would be the maximum charge. She also took my homeowners insurance information and said that she was going to help me get my insurance company to help alleviate the costs; she did not.

A team came a day later and started to tear out walls. One wall that they removed led out to the garage. They put a plastic covering over the hole which did not stay put no matter how many times I tried to nail it back onto the wall. The workers came and went. They were professional and polite, but the communication was terrible. I never knew when they were coming. They would tell me one day and show up the next. They would indicate morning and come in the late afternoon which caused me to constantly readjust my schedule. When I made an inquiry to Yesenia, she apologized, and phone calls were made to me by the workers to clarify the appointments.

Yesenia said that I needed a different company to fix the water problem. She recommended Elite Contracting Group who came out to survey the damage and see if they could fix the problem. The person I dealt with, Gio, I waited, patiently, for ten days and reached out. No response, I didn’t actually get his quote until May 25th. I called Yesenia in the interim to explain that I was not getting any help, so she recommended RACS. John, from RACS came to my house on May 4, and said that he thought it was a foundation issue. He recommended LRE. I contacted them, but they said it wouldn't fix the problem. I called John from RAC to just give me a bid to close the walls, and he never responded.

I was at a loss as to what to do, so I called Yesenia back. She told me that it wasn't her job to help me find a company, but she was helping me voluntarily. She indicated that her work with me was finished. Honestly, what the heck does a project manager do if not try and manage a project from start to finish as she initially indicated? I told her that because of all the storms and the hole from the inside of my house to the garage, moisture was coming into the house and I was going to have to pay for the dehumidifying and microbial sanitation again. She said nothing except, “oh.”

I am now over two months in on this project and it still is not finished. I had to find my own company, Serve Pro who will be fixing the issue. As a person who teaches interpersonal communication at a local college, I would like to point out that Roto Rooter is poor with its communication and customer service. They are great at starting projects, but they don’t follow up at all. If a person is not asking questions they will not get any assistance. When the project manager indicates a maximum of $1500 on a credit card that is not accurate, I spent over $3000. I also wonder if the company may have even caused damage to my house by letting all this moisture from the outside into my house because of the holes.

I am very disappointed by the customer service I have received. Language matters. What people say and do mean something. I would expect that a company as large as yours would have training to that effect. As it stands now, I feel like I was cheated out of $3000, and that doesn't make for a good Google review.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.
