Great company with a great turnaround time! Very knowledgeable and patient! Maria R. assisted me with my needs and was very professional.Follow up 5/10/18- Well, maybe I spoke too soon. I ordered a septic inspection and a pump which is required. I was advised both verbally and on the certification report that the drain field was too small (200 square feet) and was not draining at all.After a second and third opinion was sought by other septic companies, the results indicated that Brownie's findings were not accurate at all. The drain field filter just needed to be cleaned (simple and takes less than a minute). Once cleaned the drain field began draining properly without an issue. As for the size, a 200 square foot modern style drain field is plenty.I contacted Brownie's and they agreed with the new information citing this was an isolated event involving the technician not doing a thorough job. Manager Adam was very polite and owned up to the mistake the company made without an issue. I was not charged for the pump out and inspection .This simple oversight almost cost thousands of dollars as we were under the impression that the drain field system needed to be replaced and would've done that if a second opinion was not sought.Mistakes happen, I get that. Brownie's made a mistake and handled it appropriately. I have no issues with Maria R. or Adam and they were pleasant to work with.
