I had a problem with my stove that I could not diagnose so I called this company take a look at it. I had to leave for a little while and when I got back the technicians were gone, it looked like they removed two screws from the back of my stove and then just bent the panels out of the way. They had remove the schematic envelope and then just set it aside, there was one screw completely gone. This was far from professional service I work for a management company and have several contractors that I call on exclusively this will not be one of them.
