I was impressed by their plumber's professional appearance and grooming and his gracious friendly service. He was knowledgeable, able to provide accurate responses when I asked questions. Great service. I used these guys nine months ago and they did excellent work. Easy to work with and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Then I recently had a completely unrelated leak situation. He quickly came out and assessed it. Quality work with good customer service.

Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The guy did not care that the ac they put in still made my house 86 degrees worse company ever on top of that the guy Jerry was unprofessional and did not want to stand on his work.

I wanted to use this business to assist a family that is going without plumbing because they need their Septic Tank serviced. I called Irwin's Septic Tank Cleaning, Plumbing and Repair after finding them online. I am not sure how previous customers got treated with respect and like family but the woman I spoke with was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to me. I was asked if I would be meeting them at the property and I responded no but I would be the one paying. She told me that they needed my credit card on file and they would charge a minimum of $175. I told her the $175 was fine but if more work needed to be done could I be notified before my card was just charged with an unknown amount. I was told no to that request. I then told her I needed to put her on hold to speak with someone about this before I gave her my credit card and I proceeded to mute myself and to have the necessary conversation needed before a final decision was made. While I was muted, the woman was pretty vocal stating, Yes this is how I talk to them and when she finally said, If she leaves me on hold any longer, she's gonna have to call me back. I have to get these trucks out. I paused my conversation and unmuted to let her know that it was okay for me to call her back if she had other calls to make. She said, That's fine! and proceeded to hang up on me. Now, why would I trust this company with my credit card and trust that they are ethical when I am treated like that. No thanks! Customer service goes a long way and when you are perfectly fine with talking to people rudely, why would someone trust you to help them, or in my case, service a family so they have properly running water. No thank you.

Jet Plumbing was out, relayed poor/wrong info back to the home warranty company. Another company is called out and fixed it within the hour. My girlfriend left a review about it. Today I find out she received a phone call that was not pleasant. She was yelled at and in the end threatened to be sued if she didn't remove her review. I do not appreciate this type of behavior.
