The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Always a great experience with Chase and his team! This past time, we had a leaking pipe under the house and called Chase late in the evening. He was able to get it fixed the very next day. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful service. Would recommend this company time and time again!

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy did not care that the ac they put in still made my house 86 degrees worse company ever on top of that the guy Jerry was unprofessional and did not want to stand on his work.

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Their guy came out did nothing but looked at our leaking shower and took some pictures. He said they would have to order a part and be back. Then told our home warranty that because ONG knicked our water line it was causing the leak. We ended up convincing the home warranty that they were making up excuses to not do the work. They sent another plumbing company today who fixed the issue with no additional parts and agreed that our water line being knocked had nothing to do with the shower leaking. If I would have called them myself to come out and paid them directly I would be contacting them for a refund of the service call. I would not recommend thiscompany!
