William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Fit us in quickly on a Saturday after noticing our current hot water heater was leaking. Got us all set up with new one in no time. Very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Tech came out to diagnose water heater leak on a 4 year old tank. He recommended a new water tank+labor at $2600. Didn't even check what was actually wrong. A faulty valve. I got a second opinion, and it was the T and P valve with a slow leak. $40 fix, instead of $2600. I would not recommend this place. If I didn't know anything about these tanks, I would have trusted him. I talked to the Service Manager, and he doesn't believe in servicing these, only replacing them. Even if they are 4 years old, and a $40 fix. He is very unprofessional, has no knowledge of ETHICAL business practices. Might be a good plumber, I can't say that for sure, but I can say if he's the face of the business, they're not going to do well. You ever see those shows about contractors/mechanics/tradesmen telling people they need thousands in work they don't? This is them. Reported to AG today.

They also verified they do, in fact, work on my brand before coming out. They want to get face to face then try to get you to agree to a new unit.
