I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I️ had a sewer blockage in my home. I️ had two previous plumbers attempt to fix my problem (one of them being the prominent Roto-Rooter). After $600 to Roto-Rooter and $1k to another company, my problem was unsolved. After 5 days without necessities in home, I️ called Ray's and set an appointment.

Mario, the technician, was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. Through the process he explained what he was doing and where the other companies went wrong. Within 15 minutes and it cost less than $200.

Jet Plumbing was out, relayed poor/wrong info back to the home warranty company. Another company is called out and fixed it within the hour. My girlfriend left a review about it. Today I find out she received a phone call that was not pleasant. She was yelled at and in the end threatened to be sued if she didn't remove her review. I do not appreciate this type of behavior.
