We called on Thursday to have someone out to look at the pipes under the house. They were scheduled to come by on the following Monday, in the morning. On Monday, I received a call that they could schedule a fix for a leaky faucet. They had sent someone out on the previous Friday, when no one was home, and all he had done was walk around the house and check our hose faucets. He didn't look under the house at all. When I asked them to send someone out to check under the house, like they were supposed to do in the first place, they told me I would have to wait until Tuesday, which means taking another day off of work. They refused to send anyone else out on the scheduled day. They could have called me on Friday, and this might've been avoided. Instead, they waited to call me until Monday afternoon. Very disappointed.

Outstanding experience with then

Paul and James worked on the plumbing in our old house after we had water backed up into our kitchen and dishwasher. They quickly found the problem, worked around our schedules to come back and fix it since it would involve tearing up part of our patio, and kept us informed of their work as we asked questions as they fixed our issue. The best part was that the work came in the same as their estimate. Our issues are completely resolved and we would definitely hire them again in the future.
