We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service that Champion Plumbing provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. William's excellent service and expertise in replacing our natural gas lines was truly exceptional, and would definitely call on him and his team again for any future plumbing needs.

I called and specifically asked if this company uses a flat fee per service invoicing. I was told they did not, they would give an estimate to make repairs when they arrived but there would be an $89 service fee to assess the needs and that would be waived if we used them to repair the item(s). I needed an outside water hydrant repaired, with a crawlspace foundation, and the technician, indicated that he could cap the line for the $89 or I could choose to repair the hydrant or replace the hydrant. Both of these choices were based on a flat fee for the service. Over $500 to replace the hydrant and almost $400 to repair the hydrant. He gave me pricing to do a couple of other items as well such as repair a leak in the drain to the kitchen sink . The sink drain had one fitting that was leaking, but they wanted to rebuild the entire drain system, again at a cost of over $500. Once they gave me the pricing, flat fees, for each item, I chose to hire a different plumber, one that actually did not charge a flat fee per item.

It was also determined after the plumber had left, that he capped the outside water hydrant off under the house, but also killed the cold water supply to the kitchen sink. My tenant went a couple of days without being able to use their kitchen sink because of the no cold water.

I REFUSE to hire any other plumbing company that is a flat fee per item based company. I will never use this company again, regardless, because of the improper repair/capping and the fact that they lied to me when I specifically asked if they were a flat fee per item company.
