Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

My house is one year old, but the AC went out 🤷🏻‍♂️ the joys of homeownership. called them up and they couldn't come out until the next day of the 20th. (Even though the customer rep said they would be out that night) was fixed and cost over 200. I was then sold a subscription that is $14 a month to protect against paying so much out of pocket next time12 hours later same result, AC went out again. The tech that came out was nice, explained what happened. (Fuse tripped because the part they installed was shorting out the circuit board) Then told me it was going to cost another $200.It's now two days in, I was told a tech would be out today. They won't give you a timeframe for when they call (I'm in the military, and of course they called when I was in a briefing that I couldn't have my phone at) because I didn't answer they re-scheduled it for the 23rd and we will be enduring another sleepless night because of the heat.I would like to update this review if things are made right, but for now I'm going to be cancelling my subscription and will not be using them again. Would not recommend to any family or friends.Update:Although sleeping a few nights was miserable, they made a point to resolve the mechanical issue and take care of me. Personally would say they went above and beyond to make things right, and I am happily enjoying the cool AC tonight. Thank you George Adams!

One of the few plumbers that are qualified to work on a tankless water heater. Mr. Dalton had our parts overnighted, and fixed the next day. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Even good at dealing with cranky customers! I highly recommend this company.

Great service! Tha tech showed up about 30 minutes after we called. Eric diagnosed the problem and had the part on his vehicle. He installed the new part and within minutes had us up and running again . Amazing for a hot Saturday July day. Will sure call Drabek and Hill in the future!
