Called Bailey Brothers on New Year’s Day and had a Tech out by 10:00 the day after to check on our heater. Carlos identified the first issue, fixed and left. Later in the day we noticed the heater was continually running and not very warm air coming out of the vents. Called their dispatch and within minutes that evening Carlos came back by. He identified there was another wiring issue causing the a/c and heat to run at the same time. He fixed this issue for free and said he should have caught it earlier, I assumed I would need to pay since it was a different issue.Very impressed with his honesty and service to customers. Bailey brothers will have my business as long as Carlos is there.
