Scribbles a receipt so you can't challenge their work and apologizes for charging you more after they don't do a complete job.... Inspect all their work before they leave. Lure you into confidence in their work but not as great as I originally thought.

Update: installed all the bathroom valves hot on cold and via versa but cut the lines so it can’t be connected easily. Having to spend precious time fixing it myself

They are super helpful, nice and funny! They will answer all your questions and more and actually hold a conversation. They have now been out to my house 3 times (we are first time home owners). The first time was to help get our gas system up and going for inspection for the city. Second time was for a plumbing emergency which happened to not be an emergency but they were there the same day within a couple of hours of my phone call. Third time was to fix a mistake that we caused. They will definitely be our plumbers from now on
