We discovered a serious water leak during renovations in our house. They were able to arrive the same day, diagnose the problem and solve what seemed to me to be a major issue quickly and affordably. Will definitely be using these guys again

Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Chad and Larry Kershener were great! They responded quickly to address my hot water heater repair needs here in Edmond, advised me on options and prices, and showed me how to maintain the new system to prevent future issues. Very happy with the service and would recommend to other homeowners.

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

Champion Plumbing has definitely exceeded my expectations. It is evident they invest in building relationships with their clients to provide the best service(s) needed. The technicians were very professional, yet personable. They provided a sense of trust while ensuring they covered every detail of the service.

I contacted them to look at our leaky shower to get a second opinion. The first Plumbing Company (in Yukon) we contacted gave us an estimated repair cost of $1800.00. The final bill from Champion Plumbing was under $300. I would definitely recommend such a reputable business.

My sewer clogged on me and i was trying to find someone right away. I'm glad I called these guys. They knew exactly what to do and were very professional. I plan to have them out to repair my toilet too.

***Edited in response to the owner's comment: When the owner of the house called A Mac's to get the quote for the job, he was quoted $250 dollars to have them come out the next day. The owner told A Mac that SOMEBODY (does not imply or indicate the owner will be there as the owner has a job to pay for the bills) will be at the house when they arrive to let them in. The owner was unable to be reached while at work because he focuses on his patients, not on his cell phone while working. To be clear, when anybody calls a business to ask for a quote, and that price is agreed upon, it is understood that is the price that will be paid if the job was to be completed by the company. If the plumbers are there and determine the job is going to cost substantially more than the quoted price ($603.65 vs the agreed upon price of $250), the plumbers need to ask the owner if that higher price is ok before proceeding to do the job. The relatives were there to let the plumbers in the house so they can work on the leak and pay $250 upon completion of the job. I find it amusing and curious that A Mac's response on Google reviews accused the relatives of being completely uninterested in what was being told to them by the plumbers, and now they have changed their story to make it sound like the relatives were very involved in trying to help the plumbers. (Changing stories is not a good indicator of an honest person). After the work was completed, the plumbers told the relatives the job will cost $603.65. The relatives told the plumbers that it is much higher than the agreed upon price of $250, and they need to talk to the owner once he is off work so he can communicate with the company. The plumbers refused to leave the house until they got paid the $603.65, so the relatives had no choice but to pay the plumbers. What kind of reputable/responsible business charges $353.65 more than the agreed upon price after finishing a job that they did not get confirmation with the owner to do, and assume the owner has the money to pay upfront? I disagree with what the relatives did (paying the $603.65 instead of $250). If I had been there, I would have called the cops on the plumbers and we can all handle it with the law enforcement. Lastly, in response to A mac's comment regarding how the relatives called the owner of the house to determine how the plumbers were to be paid, if the owner really wasn't reachable by phone (as previously claimed by the plumbers, how did the plumber get paid? Lies lies lies. Keep going. You are digging yourself a deeper and deeper hole and making yourself look really bad/nasty in the process. Thanks for revealing your true colors.

I would give negative stars if it was possible. This place is so dishonest. There was as leak in the house, we called A-Mac's to see if they can come out to fix it. They said it is after-hours, so they will charge $500 dollars to get the leak fixed if they were to come at the time. If it was during working hours, the price would be $250. We told them we would wait until the next morning to get the $250 price. Two people came to fix the leak the next day. After fixing it, they said it would cost $603.65! That's even higher than their quoted price of coming out during after-hours. They gave a justification that it took two men to fix the leak and charged $189/hour for 2 hours worth of work. Then they added up all the other fees and it ended up with a grand total of $353.65 more than their quoted price. If that isn't dishonest and sneaky, I don't know what is. Feel free to use them if you feel like being lied to.

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.
