Best Routine Inspection in Oklahoma City OK

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Gordon’s installed my HVAC system 4 years ago. They are always very prompt with their maintenance reminders. Their workers are always courteous and informative. I highly recommend them.

We always use Drabek & Hill for our Geothermal system, they have great employees and they will come out on the weekends when issues arise. Today is one of those situations and Daniel came out. Daniel has been out a few time to work on our system, he is always a pleasant person to work with. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to fix any problems we have with our older system. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s a great assets for Drabek & Hill.
