Worst plumbing experience ever. Robert came to my house to repair a tankless water heater and I showed him where it was leaking. He insisted on ordering a part to replace before checking to see if the current part was broken. I told him I thought it was a leaking o-ring. He insisted that those never leak. He said to expect to be without water for a week. I then had a second plumber come over. They replaced the o-ring in about 40 minutes and I had hot water again!Don't use drabek for plumbing...
