New update: she called me back and was able to accommodate me on such short notice. After coming out, they also were able to give me a much better solution and cost than the previous plumber. These folks are in the right business for the right reasons. May God bless y’all always.

When I contacted this company about my plumbing issues, they were attentive to my needs, professional and told the price before the work was started and the telephone courtesy skills and knowledge and outstanding. I was impressed by their plumber's professional appearance and grooming and his gracious friendly service. He was knowledgeable, able to provide accurate responses when I asked questions. Before he left, he thanked me for the opportunity to provide service for my plumbing needs and made sure the area was clean and you don't find that often. I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The technicians were very professional, yet personable. They provided a sense of trust while ensuring they covered every detail of the service.

I contacted them to look at our leaky shower to get a second opinion. The first Plumbing Company (in Yukon) we contacted gave us an estimated repair cost of $1800.00. The final bill from Champion Plumbing was under $300. I would definitely recommend such a reputable business.

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

I wanted to use this business to assist a family that is going without plumbing because they need their Septic Tank serviced. I called Irwin's Septic Tank Cleaning, Plumbing and Repair after finding them online. I am not sure how previous customers got treated with respect and like family but the woman I spoke with was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to me. I was asked if I would be meeting them at the property and I responded no but I would be the one paying. She told me that they needed my credit card on file and they would charge a minimum of $175. I told her the $175 was fine but if more work needed to be done could I be notified before my card was just charged with an unknown amount. I was told no to that request. I then told her I needed to put her on hold to speak with someone about this before I gave her my credit card and I proceeded to mute myself and to have the necessary conversation needed before a final decision was made. While I was muted, the woman was pretty vocal stating, Yes this is how I talk to them and when she finally said, If she leaves me on hold any longer, she's gonna have to call me back. I have to get these trucks out. I paused my conversation and unmuted to let her know that it was okay for me to call her back if she had other calls to make. She said, That's fine! and proceeded to hang up on me. Now, why would I trust this company with my credit card and trust that they are ethical when I am treated like that. No thanks! Customer service goes a long way and when you are perfectly fine with talking to people rudely, why would someone trust you to help them, or in my case, service a family so they have properly running water. No thank you.

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.
