Five stars is not enough for these folks. They are extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing and they do it with professionalism, honesty and politeness plus their charges are very reasonable.

7/29/22 had another plumbing problem. These folks were just as great the second time as the first. Got our leak fixed in great time and efficiency. Just can't imagine calling any one else.
01/17/2023 water heater needed replaced. As said before can't imagine calling another plumbing company . Smart Guy Plumbing, Inc is the best! They are the most knowledgeable, professional, honest and trustworthy...simply put: they ARE the best!

This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Called to get a drain unclogged that was backing up into shower. Saw the good reviews online thought why not give them a try. Lady that answered was nice at first. Started giving her my information, describing the issue, then out of nowhere she said “we aren’t taking any new rental accounts”. I tried to explain I owned the home and to inquire what she meant by that, but she didn’t give me the time before saying “sorry thanks bye” and hanging up.

They were called calledby my complexto fix a pipe that had been sending my sink drainageinto its own ever growing pond. Very courteous and professional. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would fully recommend.

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.
