I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed.
